Farizon V7E bags podium finish in International Van of the Year Awards 2027
The born-electric Farizon V7E medium van was voted in the top three in the prestigious 2027 International Van of the Year (IVOTY) Awards. The announcement was made at the Night of the Stars Gala evening at IAA Transportation 2026 in Hannover, Germany last night.
An expert panel of jurors from 26 countries selected the Farizon V7E as a finalist after evaluating numerous new light commercial vehicles (LCVs) that have been introduced to global markets this year. The jurors consider a vehicle’s contribution to high standards of efficiency, safety, practicality, versatility and user-friendliness when deciding on the shortlist.
The Farizon V7E combines class-leading payload and cargo capacity with competitive real-world range, rapid charging capability and advanced drive-by-wire technology. Available from £28,000, excluding VAT, delivery, ZEVG, first registration fee and VED, the V7E offers a class-leading 6.95m3 cargo capacity, payload of up to 1,338kg, and an ultra-low 500mm cargo platform for easier loading and unloading.
This is the second consecutive year for a Farizon van being judged as one of the best in the world, after Farizon’s SV large van finished runner-up in IVOTY 2026.

With a drag coefficient (Cd) of 0.27, the V7E will travel further than similarly specified rivals: up to 295 miles on the WLTP City cycle and 204 miles WLTP Combined. When needed, a 20-80 per cent top-up will take as little as 18 minutes, helping drivers get back on the road after the shortest of charging stops.
